About the event
Abundance Workshop led by Marthe Laberge. This is a three class series but you attend one if that is your desire. The classes will take you through an introduction to excercise, mindset and practicing these things in daily life. The dates are November 2nd, 9th and 16th at the Women's Centre. 3:30 pm to 5pm it is $35 to $50 sliding scale per class or $100 per series. Contact marthelaberge@gmail.com
